I begin class by guiding you through some breathwork to calm your nervous systems and induce relaxation.
We will then move into gentle mobility work, opening up and warming the body, slowly leading to flows that help build strength and flexibility, these flows are all punctuated with some deep stretches, moments of rest and always a little bit of play with balance too.
I will guide you onto your back to unwind with some restorative postures before a soothing guided relaxation to draw class to an end.
