Another year rolls by, its time again for a great afternoon out with your fellow villagers! The Annual Village Walk is a great opportunity to see some of the highlights of our wonderful countryside and to meet up with friends and neighbours. This year's walk is on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May - the route will take approximately two hours and is about five miles long. Thanks to Welford and Wickham Cricket Club, we will have a refreshment stop en route at the cricket pavilion and by kind permission of the Puxley family, we will then proceed with the second stage of the walk, hopefully including plenty of bluebells for us to admire. Meet at the Swan Pub Car Park at 2.30pm . All Funds raised are in aid of the West Berks Rapid Response Car (WBRRC), the Charity of choice for this year's Country Fayre, to be held Sunday 18th July at Shefford School.
